no visable bait in the water

Jim... hit a school like that a few nights ago at a UDL with an undisclosed fisherman... same thing, dinks and then bang bang bigger fish then dinks and bluefish...

the only way to get him to stay still in the picture....all he kept wanting to do is touch the ....ISH (can't say fish yet, only 18 months old)
