thanks guys. my plug of course 3.25 oz white w/orange throat. it was my biggest surf caught to date. gotta give an assist to Tlapinski for weighing her, taking pic, and helping with the release in real rough stuff. i wanna go back........now.

BassDawg 09-15-2007 06:51 AM

Always liked that plug...............
Casts like a missle, just never got it in that color, Dadgummit:bl:!

Am still hopeful with the fatboy slider in herring.
Some gray dawn, appearing in the surf close to you...................WHAM!!
That puppy will be pounced upon, the hooks will be set, and SHE will be Miiiiine, the COW of my dreams; oh, YES, she will be mine!!!

Very nice! What an awesome feeling that must be to start with a rough block of wood, craft it into a piece of art and produce a huge fish like that. Great job, end to end!

I think our crew had 5 fish in the high 35-39lb range over there, in the last few days.
Toby wasnt so willing to take a pic of my fish
Hopefully they manage to add some more poundage to the tally tonight.
