Anyone check out the new ESPN show Monday? It was on 2 and featured a rather different show than those of the past :D I know it was tough opposite Eagles/Skins but, well, the Skins were on ESPN2 also

I actually sat and watched this show last nite....ah...now I realize its probably great for the guys but PLEEZE........this is Baywatch with a bit of fishing in it!!!!!! now I do my fair share of joking around....but I guess I expected this show to have at least a LITTLE more fishing content than it really did.......:(

I watched a full episode last monday.

Seemed like they would do some good fishing seeing how they were in islamorada the fishing capitol of the country. They stayed in a luxurious hotel, but the first thing they did was head for the spa, get their bodies all oiled up and massaged!!!!
A couple of cucumber slices on their eyes, mud on their faces, and now they are READY TO FISH...;)


The show is definately a joke, but I'll watch next week too.

I finally caught a that show one night...permit in FL and something else...can't recall exactly. What a hoot. You just know going on a fishing shoot with these babes must be a blast! I was laughing my butt off when the girls string bikini bottom came undone while he was hooking up her "rod belt" and he had to step away and let one of the other girls re-attach things.

What do you do for a living? Uh, I take 3 supermodels fishing in sunny warm places in a kickass 31' seacraft and when we are not fishing we party our *** off. Talk about a dream job! And the sweet part is someones pays the fuel/hotel bills, oh and by the pay is huge to boot. ...where did I go wrong in life?

Mark my words, this show will be huge. My only hope is that HBO picks it up for prime time and spices it up a bit (with behind the scenes looks) to replace "sex in the city".

The ONLY bad part about that Dude's job is: "he had to step away and let one of the other girls re-attach things!"

Obviously not that informative a show but... MUCH better than watching the BassMasters pull a Large Mouth in!

The Complete Angler.........This yuppy from Conn flyfishes for trout in England and writes poems about the experience........flyfishes some more and paints the fish he catches...........does some more flyfishing and starts playing accoustic giutar while dancing around a field singing about the fish :confused: Where are they going with these shows.

Should be on tonight at 9...

I watched it...Turks and Cacos marlin...They spend a lot of time dancing on that fishing show. I don't know which girl I like more. I never really understood the point of the show but I love watching bikinis run around a big sportfisherman in the sun. I think they need to change the name of the show....to something like "babeon or bit*h on" and get the show sponsored by "Hooters". I actually stayed home last night (from fishing) to watch the show!

Hey I think it is better than watching the the guys that go nuts over small freshwater fish :smash: , You would think they have a keeper on the line :laughs: !!! I live on a freshwater lake and watch ten thousand dollars of equiptment go after fish that are a little bit bigger than the lures they are using , and when they hook up the body language is prettty funny for a two lb. bass . :eek:

I wish t.v. would spend more money on saltwater shows , even if it does take beautiful women in bikini's to promote it.
I would gladly travel the world with those girls and fish for a living!! Where do I sign up ?????:rolleyes:
