no, I saw it once last year, not really into it. Don't see what all the hoopla is about with this show.

ahhh tuesday nights on TBS. 4 episodes of Family Guy followed by 2 episodes of The Office. gotta love it...

I watch just to hear Paula babes touchy feely wacko comments. She talks for two minutes and never says anything. Good/talented kids this year.

I was flipping between that and the bruins, until they started to suck, then I went to idol. this is the first season I've watched, and I gotta admit it's entertaining. as a singer it's kinda fun to watch these kids because some are freakin' good. others make me laugh like the gay stripper guy

Usually it's Paula who is half-loaded. I watch the show- it's gets me through the winter and counts toward "quality time" with my girl. I like to stock up on the quality time this time of year just in case I am pre-occupied with "other" things a few months from now.

Agree that there is some talent this season. I am picking Sayesha to win it all. Probably gonna come down to her and David A.

The wife agrees. The young spanish kid was good too. He'll be singing on Carnaival Cruise lines though. Cook will be selling out stadiums.

I have to admit, I really like this show. I really like music, so it's no surprise. I think the best part is watching them develop into great talents from nowhere. Even the runners up, top 3-4 have gone on to do very well, some better than the winners. Remember Taylor Hicks??? Niether do I, but Daughtry is a legitimate star now.

This year is tough, there are quite a few with a lot of talent, David Cook, David Archuletta, and Brooke White are my picks for top three.

Gordon same here after I publicly chastized (sp) Bronko about it. Now I watch it with the wife. It is addicting. Once again Peter you were right. The show has an amazingtrack record. Swift, Underwood, Daughtry, Pickler ( I love her and her new breasts), and the girl who won the first year. Impressive.

I am in a pool $25 a person 12 people blind draw for the twelve finalists, $300 to the winner. I Drew Carly, the Irish lass. She is good, but she didn't do herself any favors last night.

That being said I would also pick David Cook and Brooke White, but my third pick would be Michael Johns.

i'm just disappointed by the lack of hot chicks this year :devil2:

I watched David Cook's performance this morning on youtube, and I was really impressed with it.. My personal favorite Carly, she hasn't impressed me since she did Come Together. But I still have hope for her.

I still say Daughtry should of won, but he's doing a heck of a lot better where he is now, than any of the idol winners, besides Carrie Underwood, and Kelly Clarkson.

David Cook is brilliant! He will win easily....plus I think the talent pool is running dry on that show! The others are good......just good! Not recording artist good! Good for a small local club but the bigtime??? No way! I do not think that "Carly" chick is that good....I just don't!

David Cook is by far my favorite, I don't know if he'll win though, I think the "desperate housewives" that do all the voting for that show like David Archuletta wayyyy too much, although Chris Daughtry's success this past year may have turned more people on to that "edgy" rock voice, so who knows!
anways, David Cook's performance last night was very very good, but I still didn't like the arrangement, but because he just sang F out of it, it worked, if anyone of the other contestants tried that, it would have failed miserably.

Anybody watching this year? I would say Adam Lambert is this years David Cook (with arguably more talent). Danny Gokey and Allison are dark horses, but right now its a one man race. :tm:

I gotta agree with you there, people are on this rocker kick now so he'll win it. I think Allison is just awesome, mark my words if she wins or not, she'll have a good record deal when all is said and done

Actually, now that whats her name has successfully completed rehab thier is A LOT LESS TO WATCH.
