ProfessorM 06-18-2011 07:26 AM

striperman36 06-18-2011 09:34 AM

I bet there was 10,000 trolls out this morning.

mikecc 06-18-2011 11:38 AM

robc22 06-18-2011 11:49 AM

This was a canal caught fish??.....

redlite 06-18-2011 11:51 AM

Despite the run ins I've had with them, I am very happy for him. One of those truly "deserved" fish. The 2 of them fish there like lunatics.
Nice to hear that his "dues" paid off. Better than some ham and egger soakin a rancid chunk of frozen mackeral on a scoobee doo rod.
Congrats to him. A fish of a lifetime.

Congrats to my bro. Fatcow she was. Lots of lead and wood have been lost to the 10th wonder of the world to achieve a great accomplishment. Thx for all the postive feed back. This fish was for all the people who put there time in. Happy fathers day . :jump1:

Mike P 06-19-2011 11:18 AM

fatcow went large this morning, methinks. Not as big as his bro's but a nice solid fish was seen in a bike basket while riding out to a certain UDL. On a very, very slow overnight and morning, too. :btu:

piemma 06-19-2011 11:31 AM

Great fish!

Quite an accomplishment from shore.:claps::claps::claps:

Slipknot 06-19-2011 07:11 PM

Congratulations J, on your fatcow. That is quite an accomplishment.

Hard work pays off...truely deserving anglers both!!!! Well Done!!!!

Steve K 06-20-2011 08:36 AM

Congratulations. Love to hear when those who put in the time get rewarded especially at a place like the canal.

eelskimmer 06-20-2011 11:39 AM

Well Done

Dear JTG,
I promise to personally shake your hand and
give you a big hug for that mama bass next
time we meet on the canal. The pole number
estimated from the pix shows my favorite
spot but I am going to forgive you because
I know you are a hard working SOB and I
was out of state at the time. Congrats to
your bro and please a large (repeat) large
box of souvlaki next time for my spot.
Thank you kindly.

Well---if that was me, you could bet your bottom dollar that I posed for a picture as far from where I caught it as possible. :rotf2: :biglaugh:
