A little Book Contest - Striperman: Confessions and Secrets of a Commercial PinHooker
 

OK, we have a book contest for:

Striperman: Confessions and Secrets of a Commercial Pin-Hooker by Sherwood Lincoln

This book (on the Front Page by the way) has gotten some good reviews and endorsements by some good anglers. We will do an "I'm In" on this thread for TWO signed copies, one each for two winners.

One copy will be for the I'm In and one copy will be for the best once sentence (10 words or less) reason you should have / need this book. In the event that one sentence does not meet the merit, I will draw a second, random name from this thread. :love: - Contest will run through 6pm Sunday evening. Winner announced Sunday though Tuesday (depending on when I get back from camping)

Lets see..... I spent my spring and summer in Colorado,Cali and Idaho-not on vacation.....18 hour days, 22 day stretch without a shower, a very "hairy" helicopter landing in the Rockies,endless miles hiking with 60lb back pack, watching mega bull-trout and rainbows swim the north fork of Boise River with no means of catching them, ran out of Copenhagen for 5 days,100-120 degree heat everyday,almost got my skull squashed by a burnt-out 100' ponderosa pine, almost entrapped by fire twice, no hot meals, no bed, no congical visits (mule deer and elk dont count) not too mention after all that I just took my first trip to the salt last week and got skunked on my favorite rock ...whine,whine,whine,whine. In all seriousness I had a hellava summer, and I am thankful I am here typing this! When the fall season is done, and the fish and fires are gone, I just want to sit on my couch,catch my breathe, and read a good book.
