Is this what Trump supports want the Face of America to be?

Replace Somali refugee with Jew in his Rally speech and it sounds all to familiar to what we've seen throughout History... I guess just more hyperbole

The president soon widened his attack to target Somali refugees in Minnesota, a group that includes Omar, a naturalized U.S. citizen who was born in the East African country. He promised rally attendees, who booed loudly at the mention of the state’s Somali residents, that he would “give local communities a greater say in refugee policy and put in place enhanced vetting and responsible immigration controls.”

“As you know, for many years, leaders in Washington brought large numbers of refugees to your state from Somalia without considering the impact on schools and communities and taxpayers,” Trump said as some in the crowd jeered, adding, “You should be able to decide what is best for your own cities and for your own neighborhoods, and that’s what you have the right to do right now, and believe me, no other president would be doing that.”

Donald Trump took the news that a majority of registered voters think he should be removed from office with just the kind of childish attack on the Fox News poll everyone expected.

A new high of 51 percent wants Trump impeached and removed from office, another 4 percent want him impeached but not removed, and 40 percent oppose impeachment altogether. In July, 42 percent favored impeachment and removal, while 5 percent said impeach but don’t remove him, and 45 percent opposed impeachment.

Since July, support for impeachment increased among voters of all stripes: up 11 points among Democrats, 5 points among Republicans and 3 among independents. Support also went up among some of Trump’s key constituencies, including white evangelical Christians (+5 points), white men without a college degree (+8), and rural whites (+10).

let me make the point for some who may not understand or support his words

if Omar spoke the same words and replaced Somali with (JEW) the right would have a field day

And yet When Trump speaks in Such a manner the crowd goes wild

And Republicans remain silent

The silence has been deafening, yet as this Ukraine investigation thickens I predict there will soon be defections from the ranks. Any republicans in tight races aren’t sleeping well at night, their timing to jump ship has to be well thought out.

I think today’s testimony shows to others, you can do the right thing by testifying and ignore the White House insisting nobody should comply with congress.

John speculation about how the Dems will use Shephard isn’t the concern for me, my concern is how the president is using our AG and it’s so alarming that Barr is willing to go along with it. In my mind there should be no reason for our AG to meet with a news stations owner, a station formed for one reason only, to advance and assist the republican parties agenda.

Fox poll really gets Trump pissed, he loves them when their talking points are his and they are idiots when they put out poll numbers showing 51% of those polled what him removed. RR the polls are even broken down indicating there are democrats, republicans and independents included and I would love to know how you know what time of day the poll is taken😉

I'd have to agree, it's not half the country, it's half of those polled, but it does indicate that the opinion of where this should be going is changing. I think that is why Trump has really juiced up the rhetoric and tweeting lately.

Inviting foreign powers to interfere in our democratic process and our elections is wrong, whether it’s done by a Democrat or Republican. Profiting off the tax payers is wrong whether it’s a Democrat or Republican. Abusing the power of the White House for personal gain is wrong regardless of which party is the offender, I’m an independent and have voted both ways, this president and much of his administration is corrupt and I say let congress do its job and put it to a vote in the senate and 2020 if necessary.
