Ocwen mortgage co.
 

Anybody heard of them.
They are a family and user friendly mortgage Co. they love to hear user imput, on how they can become a better "tool" in your loaning capabilitys .I highly recommend them.
The only stipulation or down side is the following.

If you don't like waiting on hold for more than 2 hours,then this might not be the co for you.

If you don't like talking to "Steve" AKA Habeeb then this might not be the co. for you!

If you don't like being talk down to because you can't understand a fu(ing word there saying,this might not be the co. for you!

If you can't negotiate a "on the phone payment",and they insist they can help you,this might not be the co. for you!

If you have a problem in communicating with them they will gladly send you a "help yourself packet" that includes a revolver fully loaded so you can end your life.

If any of the above applys to you or you just don't want to deal with,well this just not be the mortgage Co. for you.
