The laws are to protect the guilty, like the law against recording someone without their knowledge. I think society would be better off if people had to assume they may be recorded audibly and/or visually at anytime, people might act a little better toward each other if they had to worry about the whole world finding out what they said or did.

You can take anyones picture in public off of thier property. It has been proven time and again. Can't stop the picture taker. Someone will be getting some money.
