i think you need to work on your comprehension and memory. i have criticized trump as much as anybody. are you feeling ok? trump is many unattractive things, yet he is beating your side. at every turn. kind of funny when you think about it. trump is an idiot, but a crafty idiot. your side keeps underestimating him, he keeps using that as a weapon against you, and they never ever learn. maybe your side isn’t all that bright either, if they’re no match for him, politically speaking.

he’s a jerk and an idiot, and he is pulverizing the national democratic party. what about that is wrong? he’s a very effective person, who has no morals or ethics, none. but he knows how to manipulate things to his favor. he’s not a clueless buffoon who can’t get anything done.

I don't know many idiots that are very effective. I guess he is doing a good job of making it easier to pollute, making affordable health care harder to access, undermining our allies, emboldening our enemies, eroding our institutions, weakening public trust and undermining the global economy.

Not sure any of this stuff is good for liberals or conservatives...perhaps that's why he's an effective idiot.

As for pulverizing the democrats, last time I checked the dems held a 10 point advantage in the mid-terms, a 75% chance of taking the house and every day another prominent conservative leaves the GOP. Trump has perhaps the biggest political scandal in the history of our nation hanging over him like a storm cloud about to erupt this fall.

But keep gaslighting yourself, it's fun to watch.

the anti spence would have his predictions come true...

Because they would have been killed. We don’t have that problem (yet) but it doesn’t explain the looking the other way we are witness to today,

That's 100% true. I voted for Trump, I had his sign on my lawn. And I like most, not all, of what he has done. When he starts slaughtering people based on religion, I will object louder than you will.

" don't know many idiots that are very effective"

I don't either. Ted Turner is one. Trump is another.

"last time I checked the dems held a 10 point advantage in the mid-terms"

So say the people who convinced many of us, including me and you, that Trump had no chance in 2016. I no longer assume those people have credibility. You do, as long as you like what they are saying.

You left out, predictably, any mention of the American economy, black unemployment, etc...When you focus on the bad things he's done (and there is no shortage) and pretend the good stuff never happened, he looks pretty bad. But that's not how we judge people, we judge them on everything, not just the good, not just the bad. One only ignores the good, when one is driven by ideology, rather than driven by honesty or fairness. Snack on that.

Who is looking the other way? I'd like you to answer that...

Obviously, you are looking away from everything beneficial he has done. I don't see anyone looking away from the stuff he deserves criticism for. OK Sean Hannity does, as do some other right-wing idiots.

If you are implying that all I do is ignore or apologize for his moral shortcomings, I'd challenge you to present a speck of evidence.

Sure, Eben. Great way to bring people to the table. Call 'em Nazis and fascists. Heck - use fascist methodologies because the end result - power to the people - justifies the means.

I am enjoying the outrage. The Dems and left are screaming that everyone on the center / right that does not like Trump should switch. :jester: Because morals and Nazis or something.

The same people that ran Hillary and Bernie :tooth:

The people that wear pussy hats and want to abolish ICE and Law Enforcement :buds:

The Resistance :tm:

"First they came for my Xer"
:bl:

Tax cuts cause Global Warming and wereallgonnadie :whackin:

SMASH THE FASCH :nopain:

All that (and plenty more).

And they ask us if we want THIS over Donald Trump?
:rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao:

i am also enjoying the collapse, it shows why the dems are/were on the brink of becoming a fringe party. but possibly poised for a comeback in november...

after the 2008 election, the gop had gotten absolutely creamed, was a joke, was in tatters. they didn’t self destruct, they didn’t make the case that the way out of the economic mess was more subprime mortgages. but that’s what the dems are doing, focusing on weirder and weirder social messages instead of emphasizing their sensible, populist ideas, of which they don’t actually have many, but they do have some. but it gets lost in the rioting and the shrieking and the claims that everything is racist and we’re all going to die. that’s not what middle america wants to hear right now. they don’t want to hear trumps arrogant tweets either, but going with those tweets, are tax cuts that people are already used to.

Well good for you, you found one.

Not saying this is indicative of all Hillary supporters but.....

(See how rediculous that comparison looks)

The "crafty idiot" has figured out the formula to win. The elections are decided by the independent voter. Much of the independent voting block can be described as "uninformed voters" for lack of a better description. Obama used that voting block to his advantage for two terms. Trump has now taken them away. Right will be right and left will vote left but he who taps into the middle will win.

How about because he's choosing to side with Russia over the USA and failing to defend our country?

If you didn't watch the press conference today please do and report back.

didn't democrats introduce a bill in congress to abolish ice recently?

I bet the percentage of Democrats who vote to abolish ice is less than the percentage of racist Republicans

you manage to work that word into a sentence at every opportunity...curious

PaulS 07-16-2018 07:32 PM

Pull up a bunch of posts where I've used that word as I don't think there are that many times. Certainly far less then the amount of of stories I read of racist Republicans and I don't even look for them. Just read a story about an African-American woman trying to use a coupon at a CVS and the manager called the police on her. Wouldn't you know he was running for councilman in Chicago I believe and believe it or not as a Republican.

You seem to be snarky at every opportunity.
