Really nice guys, they don't even need hooks......they're so pretty the fish will follow them right back to your truck.

Anyone "arm" theirs yet? :uhuh: Can't wait to swim them...

Thanks for the map, Woodbuster. My eyes ain't what they were.

Thanks for labeling the plugs! :) Nice stuff!

By the way, I forgot to include hook sizes for my pencil with the packages. :rollem: I prefer to use a 3/0 VMC in front and a 4/0 VMC on the rear but you can change that if you prefer a slightly different angle.

Ran out of 4/0's but all the others are armed and a few are in the plug bag already.:jump1:

Awesome pluggage! Thank you!

ThrowingTimber 05-14-2007 10:43 AM

4/0's on mine and I left some extra room if you want to add more lead, but theres about 1 oz of lead in there already :vamp:

The Dad Fisherman 05-14-2007 11:14 AM

Oh Yeah, I forgot......mine take 3/0 hooks both front and rear.

I forgot to put something to that effect in the package

I don't know if I put it in with the plugs, but on mine I'd use 2/0 or 3/0 cut trebles for the belly and something with bucktail on the tail. I don't know how they'll work with split rings, so if you use them you're on your own(they might tangle together). I usually fish them with hookless teasers for the tail but it needs the resistance of the bucktail to swim best(they tend to get too rowdy with bare hooks back there). You guys will probably have to tweak the lips a bit though, they're bent to about where they should be but were not tuned.

Plugs are sweeeeeeet! Really impressive. No doubt they will produce. Can't wait to get them wet. Thanks again guys and thanks to Tobias. :kewl:
