Concert for Sandy 12.12.12

Clapton just blew the roof off the joint.....man this guy hasn't lost a thing!

Agreed, best performance of the night. I have to say though, with the exception of Kanye, everyone sounded great, good show. Good vibes.

I went to bed after the Who....but I was really impressed with all the performances...the old guys rocked it.

ProfessorM 12-13-2012 10:02 AM

old guys rule

BigFish 12-13-2012 10:57 AM

I only saw the Who.....was less than impressed. Wish I saw Clapton!!!

Clapton Sucks

BigFish 12-13-2012 11:10 AM

Yeah he sucks.....Townsend could not tune his guitar. I was never fooled with his "powercords" and the lame ass windmill....all smoke and mirrors for The Who last night.....all the pertinent sound came from other musicians on stage with them.

The Dad Fisherman 12-13-2012 11:35 AM

:hihi:

LOL , think he was waiting for someone to post that. I thought of it but consider it child's play. Seems that all the people are not less grumpy

Don't be crapping on my Who either Lawrence

The Dad Fisherman 12-13-2012 01:11 PM

I couldn't resist....it was either that or start a Lindsey Lohan thread.

FinS 32 12-13-2012 01:34 PM

personally thought Adam Sandlers performance was very well done haha

I don't know how playing some of the most famous rock music ever made, live, when your pushing 70 is smoke and mirrors...I watched him, believe me he was really playing it's not as easy as it looks. I'd even dare to say Eric respects Pete as a player and composer.
