New Yak rack

Picked up a new rack for my yak finally, not easy with a jeep. But now I am good to go, plus I can throw my rod holder back on :btu:

Would you tell me where you purchased the rod holder on the front of your silver Wrangler?

How do you like the new wrangler? I've been toying with the idea of getting one, they look so cool! Is the mileage reasonable? I know they make a 6 speed now, that'd be a lot of fun.

I LOVE my JK, I changed out the suspension added a little lift and it rides smoother than stock. I used to own an old CJ5 and it is apples to oranges, the ride is more of a SUV. Very similar to my 4Runner and you can fit a 10' rod inside :hihi:
As far as mileage, lucky to get 14/15mpg...Get on the highway for a few hours and it may creep up to 18mpg, but that was before some of my new modifications.

The front rod rack I picked up on Ebay, for crazy short money, I think it was under 100 or so, like 4 yrs ago it fits into a front receiver..

The last picture is where it will be when done:humpty:
