One of the things that has kept me from trying a kayak is im not sure how i would transport it. I have a chevy s-10 - 6' bed, but i have a hard cap on it so that makes things a bit more difficult. what can i do to rig it on top?

If you had a trailer hitch you could use a vertical "T" support for the back end, and use foam pads/web strap to gutters (or right through cab) for the front on the roof....

That is what I see alot of guys use, and when you aren't using it you can just take it off the reciever :btu:
