snaps and darters

does a snap affect the action of a gibbs darter?

Not if you use a breakaway clip. Stop at M & D or Red top and pick up a package. Use the small size, you'll like the results and can change lures in the dark with ease. :bo: .

sampo snaps on the small gibbs darter caused it not to swim properly last weekend - possibly/probably to heavy a snap??

I tied direct - swam nice.

Will experiment with lighter snaps on the small darters and try the heavier ones on the bigger darters.
