You probably don't realize Obama and Hillary pushed the FTA to be passed even though they were warned about the potential of money laundering if it passed.

Obama and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton pushed for a Bush administration-negotiated free trade agreement And Congress ratifying the pact,

There all in on it but the working class are the only Americans paying the Taxes we owe ... funny how that works

I would be shocked if the Clinton's are not involved in this but more shocked if the Bush's are .
This has the very real potential of being the biggest story in a very long time . A lot of very wealthy people are very worried .

Secure borders? Sure. How about ending Citizens United and tax loopholes that the super rich use to dodge taxes so the lower and middle class don't have to shoulder the weight of the tax burden ?

Yeah... Let's blame Mexican immigrants for stealing all the landscaping jobs.

Ok how about we stop immigrants that come to our country , collect benefits , Pay no taxes , and send the cash money they make back home? I work in the trades. I know often it happens

Check out the Western Union (or money wiring equivalent) on Welfare payday and see how many people are sending money back home? (sometimes the same people whip out the EBT card to pay for their groceries and drive away in a Lexus or Mercedes!

The cash drain from Corperate tax dodging far outweighs what you are talking about.. But this is how the GOP propaganda machine works. The super rich telling the not so rich to tell the even less rich that they are as rich as they are ever going to be and that the reason for that is because of the poor who are trying to survive.

So, how about not ignoring one due to the other. I say go after the law breakers first. The ones that are a burden to OUR children learning. The coporations aren't going around killing, raping, and robbing our citizens. That seems like a pretty important issue to me.
And they do keep wages down which ironically the corporations benifit from also.

The people who don't see illegal immigration as a problem. I doubt the impact of more than 11 million people on society is lower than what ever loopholes corporations use legally. Besides the Democrats allow for the same loopholes since if they wanted to do something about then the would have. Let's not forget the Democrats helped create these Panama Papers.

I love it, blame dems for a republican led policy over the law evaders and hackers.

When asked why we're not seeing Americans show up in this leak, one expert's response was that there are so many options they don't need to go to Panama.

The policy didn't create the problem, it just gave it an alternative place to hide.

The leak came from a company that is only the fourth largest company that deals in offshore accounts and from what I have read there are many many Americans that are involved in this leak .

It's why we need comprehensive reform. Illegals cause some harm for sure but also are an asset in many ways.

An asset for the Democratic gerrymandering. Look at the classrooms, courtrooms and emergency rooms which we all pay for.

Roofing perhaps but people still benefit. Fact is most Americans don't want to pick lettuce or clean rooms. Not at that wage. So many business owners complain they can't get enough help.

This selective situational ethics is maddening. There is an outcry from leftists that supposedly greedy businesses don't pay workers enough. Then, when leftists want to justify illegal immigration, they join in with the "greedy" businesses in pointing out that the immigrants are needed to fill the low paying jobs.

And then the immigrants also confiscate work that normally pays well such as roofing, construction, home repair, for less money as well, eliminating from the workforce more of those "most" Americans who won't work for less money.

And then the compassionate leftists make it easier for Americans to not be employed in supposedly too low paying jobs, which they would do out of necessity as in the past, by providing a growing and extended safety net.

So there is this huge number of Americans that have dropped out of the labor force because they won't work for less pay and don't want to "pick lettuce or clean rooms."

And the leftists magically have an enlarged pool of votes from thankful immigrants and dependent Americans who don't want to pick lettuce or clean rooms or work for less pay. And the so-called middle class shrinks.

And the "most" Americans begin to think too highly of their value and become complacent with government assistance and lose the once touted American self-reliance and work ethic and the willingness to work up the economic ladder. While, in the meantime, a generation of immigrants are hustling, creating restaurants, retail stores, various family businesses, and being more "American" than the "most" Americans who think they are too good to have to do all that.

He really tee'd that one up nicely for you. I'd be very curious to see his response.

The hypocrisy is a riot. Whatever it takes to support The Narrative at the time, even if it spits in the face of what he said to support The Narrative yesterday!

Whether immigrants are legal ("Americans") or not, in either case, most are willing to do work that the "most Americans" Spence mentioned are not willing to do, and at wages that those "most Americans" are not willing to accept. In the past, immigration was encouraged because there were not enough people in the country to fuel an expanding economy. Now we have enough people, and have had enough, to do the work the economy needs, but those "most Americans" Spence mentioned are either not willing to do it, or, even more so, are not being forced by necessity to take those jobs as Americans in the past did. And from which they made a living and raised children that did better than them.

So the economy is now burdened by the necessity of taking care of more people than the number that contribute to it (including also a lot of illegal immigrants as well as those "most Americans" Spence mentioned). It would be nice if we could just trade our non-workers to other countries in exchange for their willing workers. And if we didn't accept immigrants who do not have a means to live here without government assistance (as we did in the past). If we just give the present millions of "undocumented citizens" legal documentation, we assure that there will be no need to motivate our "most Americans" that Spence mentioned to find work.

And children or grandchildren of the legalized "undocumented" aliens may also learn to game the system and become progressively "Americanized" to the point that many of them won't want to do what their parents did and become an addition to the "most Americans" that Spence mentioned. A temporary fix which allows millions of Americans not to work will, in the long run, expand the problem.

That's probably why Progressives want to push free birth control. They understand that their fixes for problems create more problems, so have to figure ways to stay ahead of the curve of constant failure.

Interestingly, a lot of major US news sources (NYT, WaPo, and others) were excluded from the news outlets that were allowed to see this stuff before the official release. Can't wait to see who is on it. I bet there will be plenty of Ds and Rs.

I have read a couple things that are single source that there will be some interesting links between, interesting, uhh, newsworthy individuals politicians
