get ready for another round...

of the "Black Lives" matter rhetoric.

The story of Delrawn Small from Brooklyn, NY.

Based on the news idiots, you'd think he was gunned down in cold blood "just for being black".

Now the real story comes out. Video evidence from a local shop owner proves that Small exited HIS car, ran up to the off duty officer's car (2 cars ahead) and proceeded to pummel the officer through the car window, hitting him repeatedly in the head.
The officer shot Small twice, once in the head and chest.

Now Small is an ex-con with a lengthy rap sheet, but that doesn't seem to matter.

Small's girlfriend initially lied to police (real shocker?) saying the officer exited his car and shot Small.

Now Small's family has gone on public record saying that if the officer isn't charged for the killing of Smalls then they would hunt him down themselves.

Now after all this absurdity I found the following two comments to be most fitting for this idiotic event:

At a vigil for Small on Atlantic Avenue on Wednesday night, the slain man’s brother said it didn’t matter if Small threw the first punch.

“At the end of the day, all that matters to me is that he got shot by a cop for no reason,” Victor Dempsey said.

So, it doesn't matter if you are wrong, if you are guilty, or the criminal? Sorry, but he got exactly what he deserved.

The Clintons just got away with Another scandal.
Time for a distraction !
July 4th weekend, 60 shootings and 4 dead in Chicago but nothing to see there.
Nothing but news coverage of a cop shooting a thug who was a good boy turning his life around.

The thing that stuck in my craw was when I watched the selfie-video made of the Minnesota shooting, the guys girlfriend was filming it like it was no big deal.

Unless you are a cold blooded killer, or a heartless thug, you would be freaking out if a passenger in your vehicle was shot right in front of you!

The officer that shot him showed more emotion than did the "girlfriend".

The guy was probably not a thug, but somehow the phrase "Don't move" didn't register when looking at the barrel of a service revolver.

Some people must be lacking even the simplest level of common sense, when you TELL a police officer that you HAVE a gun and then move in a manner that could be interpreted as "reaching for a weapon" after being told to "keep your hands in sight and don't move"

Maybe the police should approach all traffic stops with a blindfold, a pillow for a chest protector and a rubber-band gun for protection?

Of course when we start seeing these "diversionary" stories, we also only get the part of the story where the "victim" gets shot.
Is it just me, or is this a continuing theme of incomplete stories that drive the media junkies into a frenzy?

Then as if on queue the riots began and more shootings.

Now I wonder who was doing all THAT shooting, and were the weapons legal????

FishermanTim 07-08-2016 11:07 AM

My point is that people are quick to judge without having (or even WANTING) all the facts.

Then these same people won't do anything to stop the problems and will complain when these riots destroy the surrounding areas.

I can understand the "mob mentality" regarding a perceived injustice, but making any connection between someone getting shot by a police officer under unclear circumstances (see ANY selfie-made videos so see why they are so unclear) and destroying a downtown or residential neighborhood is idiotic, moronic and retarded. Seems like the same old story where some POS sees an opportunity to steal and loot from whoever the encounter whenever a crowd gathers to protest whatever...and that gets the ball rolling downhill real fast!
