you can use bondo to make your own.

Do It makes a mold that is similar to the hopkins. You can use lead or a mix of lead and tin. Not sure if they make larger sizes that are common for surf fishing. You can also make a mold out of bondo as go4 suggested.

i tried the bondo mold but i dont know how to make it so the eyes are thick enough that they do not break

what would a tin mix do

If by eyes you mean the line tie and hook attachment point, the Do It version has a wire that fits in the mold that provides the support for hook and line tie. You might have to bend your own. I've done some spoons using a mix that was mostly tin with some lead. They are more shiny, a little lighter, and harder than the lead version. I still use wire in them.
