I have a different issues my bilge collects rain worse than a rain barrel

and everything drains on deck and the scuppers are free and on dry land

my 500 gal bilge pump ran for 1 minute 30 sec from last night and today's rain ??? it was pumped dry prior No idea where the water is getting in?
