What do you do for work??
 

Just curious what everyone does for work. Ive been cooking for about 9 years now, love it . My job the last couple years has been in an outdoor kitchen at the mouth of the bay. Its great i get to watch all the boats and fish blitzing 100 ft from my kitchen, not to mention the sunsets and the great view of the bay and newport bridge. Not to mention having a brew to this view after a long sweaty day.I dont know how some people sit in a cubicle all day.

Been running printing presses for the last 18+ years.Breathing in toxic fumes from the chemicals :skulz: :scatter: :spin: :skulz: ........gotta love it :laughs:

I am employed by the State of Rhode Island.

IT Geek Extraordinaire - work as Network Administrator for a Company in Salem. Cool place to work, Right on the Water by Pickering Wharf.

Umm.. a few things...
1. Research Assistant URI Geosciences
2. Run the m/v Viking Queen part time
3. Bartend on the VQ...
4. whatever else to make a buck....
Basically I'm a poor poor college student....

job - middleware software support on mainframe/unix/DEC/Tandem/Windows platforms.
On call every 3rd week.

nothing , but at my job I work !

Thumbsmasher, I make sawdust.:D

Some sort of thing with restaurants. Chef/server/bartender/dishwasher/general manager/operating partner.
Basically, I show up and do whatever the day brings me.
Right now, I'm a prep cook. Easy Money!!!
