A Murray Cod. You guys ever land one of those down under.

That's a beautiful spot Stax, but I personally couldn't fish off a cliff that high! Perhaps if I had enough lead in my boots to stop me casting myself off the edge I might:)

Some fantastic fish I must say.

Dave,
Remember most of the time we are only fishing 20-30 feet up. The pictures of the 300 foot cliff we only fish for acouple of hours a day. Its just too much hard work to fish all the time.
Fishing from 20-30 feet is fine, sometimes its actually an advantage as you can see the large Peligics coming.
So who's up for a trip to Steep Point?

Here is a picture of one of the many resident Cod. They hassle your Spanish mackeral when they get close to the shore.

The other is just another Spanish Mackeral.

Welcome Back Stax - Keep'em coming - Nice Fish

By the way, what's the beer you're drinking to the left.

Stax 09-21-2010 04:22 AM

No sure which beer, probably Toohey's Extra Dry, the beer is actually in a "stubbie holder" to keep it cool, and it's the cameramans beer.
I don't drink that I drink Grolsch or Steinlarger (New Zealand beer)
