I remember way back when...the Apple Mac ll's used to come w/ quantum HDD's that would get stuck. We'd be at the customer's site and we'd take out the hard drive and Smack it a couple of times....customers used to look at us like we were crazy.....spun right up when we put it back in though. :hee:

Quantum made the Click of Death Famous.

Then there was the IBM (now Hitachi) DeskStars. We called them the Death Stars as they were great at destroying DATA.
