Plugfest needs, food, who's bringing what
 

I thought I would start a thread where we can discuss what is needed and who can offer to help out.

This year as you know it is at the Elks lodge in Wareham.
THE ARE NOT DOING A LUNCH BINGO MENU FOR US :(

However, the kitchen will be open to heat stuff up
I hope people pitch in and bring food, I'm sure it will get devoured.

other things to bring are bottled water, maybe soda, iced tea etc.
donuts, coffee ???
plates, forks, knives, spoons
that sort of stuff

I can print out the ballots if I have time, maybe someone can find the ballots from last year and post on the current contest thread I just put up. Thanks
I am working long days and up early/home late, have to work off some expensive game tickets I went to recently :wall:
so any help doing that sort of thing is appreciated.

Oh ya, one huge need for plugfest is if we can get a bunch of donations to the raffle to support the site, so please help out everyone and thank you.:uhuh:

I've been a plug turning ninja all week... I'l have a bunch for the raffle table.

Nancy can help in the kitchen if it is needed... I'll bring 2 cases of bottled water..

Does our bringing soda cut into the Elks sales? Are they ok with that? If so I'll have some cans of coke on hand. Coolers with ice?

I'll be there with the normal stuff but I'm not bringing AYC this year.

Last year I brought 100 name tags and it was just about right...
150 to be safe...

Slip - meant to give you a call for several days now - stooopid busy too. Will really TRY to call this afternoon :love:

200 Ballots printed this morning. Same as last years, only changed the date.

I will bring something for the raffle table Slip.

Finally got things worked out so I could make it. Not sure what is needed. Be happy to help out however. Couple cases of water maybe?
