2. Is Minor Vehicle Repair Permitted at Residences?

Yes. However, it is unlawful for any person to engage in, or permit others to engage in, minor vehicle repair or maintenance in any agricultural, agricultural-residential, residential, interim estate and interim residential zones under any of the following circumstances:

Using tools not normally found in a residence;

Conducted on vehicles registered to persons, not currently residing on the lot or parcel;

Conducted outside a fully enclosed garage and resulting in any vehicle being inoperable for a period in excess of twenty-four hours.

Wouldn’t you think that you should be allowed to do what ever you want to your own vehicle on your own property?? That’s called “freedom”.

My guess this isn't new , I am sure you can do. Anything you want on your own car
This is for the guy with multiple cars unregistered in multiple stages of let's say repairs all in his yard not his garage

So are zoning laws unconstitutional seeing they limit property owners?

My old neighbor's brother would come over and work on his own car on the side of the road. One day I came home and he had tools strewn all over to almost the middle of the road.

So from what I read, this ordnance is to prevent the spilling of toxic chemicals. My question is what about all the chemicals the folks are putting on their lawns. How about Round-Up?

With trumps new EPA the states are now the one left holding that bag ....

Any Regulations involving run off are bad for the economic growth of America
And limit freedoms of land and business owners...( evidence and science be damned )

Yes. Violation notices can be appealed if one believes no violation exists. Specific instructions are provided with each type of notice on how to appeal. However, if upon appeal the violation notice is upheld, the appellant must pay all enforcement fees associated with the case.

Couldn't find an appeal fee of 700.00 to fight a 430 dollar ticket for a grand total 1130.00 bucks if they loose,, someone is only telling part of the truth:huh:

Wasn't there already a code against spilling toxic chemicals. Is this new code an attempt to prevent such spilling by penalizing even those who do not spill. Sort of like penalizing all innocent responsible gun owners in order to make it a little bit harder for the criminals.
