Tying Vice Recommendations ?

My first attempt at Dave's "Pocket Rocket" (not Andre Richard?) worked out pretty well, Many thanks to Dave and Chris, but now I'm hung up trying to tie the teaser/tailers. My freshwater vice just doesn't cut 6/0 Siwash or big trebs.

What are you guys using?

Does anyone have the magnum HMH:

And if yes, how's it working?

As always, I suppose we're all "pilgrims" in some ways or other, but I really appreciate your help with this. Income shrinks, unlike new territory to explore. Jay

Jay,
I have an apex vise... I'm able to tie up to 7/0 smiling bills with it without a problem. I bought it about 6 years ago at a local fly tying shop. I believe it was around 80 bucks...

You can spend a lot of money for a vise or make some out of visegrips that will really hold. I know some guys who do bucktails for a living use a dozen set in a row.

I have been using a Griffin Patriot for a lot of years. It works up to 8/0.
