How do I go about posting photos on this site?

If the photo is saved to your harddrive all you need to do is click on the manage attachments block under the advanced reply screen. Select browse and upload the photo. The image must be resized first. You can also upload your photos to a site like photobucket. Then cut and past the image url into your post.

I use google drive, much the same, make your file, then pick out pic, down load to computer, go to s-b.com, on your profile it will say add pics , make album,etc.. hit the browse pics and your pics will come up, click on pic, save, and your in ! the object is to stay on google drive when doin this if you use this method, reel easy though, both are.

that method gives you a thumbnail image that has to be clicked on
to expand it

if you want to have it actual size then you have to load it up on a picture storage
site like photobucket (first 9 pics are free) and then
copy and paste the direct link in the insert photo box

Photobucket has 2GB of free storage which equates to more then 9 free pics, what am I missing here?

well, if your pics are that big you should really resize them.

I resize all my pics to be about 640 pixels wide. To me this seems
like the best format for forums and such. 640 is the old web
standard when there were still low res monitors around. I think 640
is the pixel dimentions of a 13" monitor.

Down sizing to that size....your image size will be under
1 mb....which means you can have 2000 images. Its free....Not a bad
deal.

The default resolution cameras shoot at....are really absurd unless
you are going to print. If your images are for web only, you can set
your default resolution for your camera much lower....this will save
storage on your computer and on your SD cards.

Hope the barf of info helps.
