CA wants a law saying police can’t arrest people
for suspicion of prostitution, this is what you get. Congrats for passing that law. Way to serve the citizens. Liberal state legislature somehow claims this law serves the interests of the LGBTQ community. Good for them. If the price is a little human sex trafficking, who cares?

This is why everyone is moving out of FL and TX, and moving to CA.

To be clear, this bill does not legalize prostitution," Newsom said in a signing message

A 2019 bill bars arresting sex workers if they are reporting various crimes as a victim or witness. The same law bans using possession of condoms as reason for an arrest.

i didn’t say the bill legalized prostitution. hearing those voices. but it makes it harder to stop it.
