Let's talk Nitro....

Whenever I come across the rare opportunity to have a porter on tap with nitro....I never pass it up. Never disappointed either....Sooooooo much different and better than Co2.

So who else is a fan of nitro?

Assuming it fits the beer I'm all for it. Certain beers are brewed with carbonation in mind... That crisp mouthfeel is part of the flavor. With dark roasty malty beers that have a lot of rich flavors the Nitro can really do great things in bringing out those characteristics in a beer. And of course the OSH and Boddingtons of the world, although I think even those toe the line between beers that still taste good and a style that lacks a dimension to its character....
