ISO- Surf rod
 

I am looking for a surf rod for my son. He snapped the tip of his a while back and I never got him a new one. Not looking for a top of the line for $400 but something under $200? Star rod or an older St. Croix...something with K guides so he can cast braid. I have a few Rainshadow rods but they all have big guides and he keeps getting hung up with the braid wrapping the guide. If anyone has something they're willing to part with let me know. I will be camping at Scusset from 5/12-5/16 and he wants to fish.
