Jig Skinz question

After shrinking the skin would it be appropriate to etex the skin on the wood?

Last week I was shown a dozen plugs-pencils,needles an swimmers and all were coated with etex and looked ok. How they'll hold up remains to be seen. Epoxy holds well on Roberts lure which are made of platic. Yet it peals right off plastic wrap and plastic cups.

Wow, have never seen this product before. These look great. For a buck or so who would ever paint another plug.

Bought two packs, herring and macs, tried it on two turned donnies. First one was just o.k., second one looks great. Epoxying other plugs, will do the jig skinz ones as well. Thanks Ron.

Courtland recommends tarbender as a coating over the jigskinz Frank. He's got a video up on youtube.

He's already done the testing on a bunch of various epoxies over the jigskinz.

Courtland = jigskinz maker/owner/operator
