Is it misogynistic and depraved, if it's true? Did she have an open and public affair with Willie Brown when Brown was decades older, and married, yes or no? And did Brown appoint her to a few political positions because of who he was, yes or no?

I hear a lot of liberals bemoaning the inequities of our criminal justice system. As a prosecutor, Harris put a lot of blacks in prison for marijuana, but joked in a radio interview about her own personal experiences with pot. Tulsi Gabard single-handedly ended Harris' presidential run by pointing that out. Is that lack of principles a character flaw, Spence? Yes or no?

Gee wiz left me think , because he is fuc*ed up, a loose cannon, probably alone on an island with other wack jobs who think he actually won the election and now he his considering martial law to take control. But you don't consider it depraved or misogynistic when Got Stripers puts a photoshopped, manufactured, and vulgar image of Melania up here. That's fine. But it's not OK with you, if I point out things that a Democrat female, has actually said and done.

SO to you, it's OK to lie about a Republican woman, but not to tell the truth about a democrat woman. Makes all kinds of sense!

Yeah...I don’t want to hear one goddamn word about civility from the people who spent 5 years ignoring, eliding or excusing the open sewage hole of Trump’s insults and outrages.

So Eisenhower did the only thing. He sent in the 101st Airborne, armed to the teeth, and told that racist hick (and democrat) governor to get the hell out of their way.

I suppose you oppose what Eisenhower did there, you would have preferred that he not send in the troops. You'd have told those black students to lump it in their horrible black schools? Is that what you would have done? Because history has pretty much decided that what Eisenhower did was awesome. But you disagree. You said that what Eisenhower did, was anti-American. It was "anti American" for the president to make sure that actual racism was squashed? Not the fake racism that democrats today never stop menstruating about, I mean real, actual, brutal, racism. Youre actually saying it was un-american for Eisehower to use troops to enforce anti-segregation laws?

WOW. I mean, wow.

FOR ONE SECOND, can't you put down your rabid blind partisanship, and imagine how you'd feel is you put your life savings into a small business that was being ransacked by a mob, and your governor didn't care? Wouldn't you beg for your president to send in the troops?

It’s not a false equivalence. You said it’s anti american for the federal government to use troops in our cities. i provided a famous example. you knew you lost, so you babble about a false equivalence.

what you’re saying, is it would only be unamerican if trump did it.

for the second time wayne, if you invested your life savings in a small business, and it was being ransacked by rioters, and your state and local government chose not to enforce the law....you said it would be un american for you to wish that the feds would send in troops?

better for you to just watch them burn your business down? that’s what you’d do?

You still have no concept on why Trump wanted to send Troops, his desire had nothing to do with law an order or saving any American small business ( his absent in the Covid bill re enforces he doesn’t care about American small business or Americans in general) he just wanted to send in the Troops to fulfill the fantasies of his supporters like you. And show those libs who’s boss. Nothing more it was a state issue..

And seeing you still have a lack of understanding When the governor of Arkansas failed to integrate Central High School, President Eisenhower called in federal troops to protect the Little Rock Nine.

The Arkansas National Guard was drawn into the conflict when Governor Orval Faubus ordered them to "Preserve the Peace" by turning away the black students who were attempting to integrate into Little Rock's Central High School. United States President Dwight D. Eisenhower reacted to this use of the Guard to foil the court-ordered integration by federalizing the entire Arkansas National Guard and using it to protect the nine black students integrating Central High School.

If that’s to hard to understand I’ll make it easier

Eisenhower did what he did to
Uphold Civil Rights And Protect Black Americans.

Trump Is Trying To Silence Dissent with his threats Send in the feds

Ps Trump never actually did anything

I have ask this question before Who are the people pouring honey in Trumps ears Aka His co conspirators ?
is their talk of derailment of January 6th the Flynn talks of Martial Law ? Because we all know Trump has zero concept of how government works not even the basics , So who is helping why are they helping what’s the end goal? Do they actually think they can steal the election because they have convinced millions of his followers it’s in the name of protecting the constitution and our American values and protection from the Biden crime family before that it was the Clinton crime family...

For me this is bigger than party how will this impact the future of the republic

I’d love to hear the rational from Our local Trumplicans our progressive’s are evil and I didn’t vote for him who contribute here .

trump didn’t want to send troops, which is why he didn’t. i think that was a horrible decision. if he wanted to send troops, he would have.

ever notice that i can answer your questions, while all you do is dodge?

“Eisenhower did what he did to uphold civil rights.”

agreed!

but why don’t homeowners and small business owners in cities destroyed by riots, have the same rights?

that’s the third time i’ve asked that same exact question. three times. zero answers from you. because you know i’m right.

It’s gonna get worse

Months ago, those folks who raised the alarm that Trump wouldn’t accept an election loss were dismissed as irrational hysterics. Sure seems that they were insightful.
“More and more, this White House is resembling a kind of Führerbunker, or Qaddafi’s palace,” says historian @ruthbenghiat. “He’s purged everyone else, and the most extreme people are gathered round him to figure out how on Earth they can stay in office.”
"Strongmen will do anything to stay in office," Ruth BenGhiat wrote in her "Endings" chapter. Some start wars - Trump's attempting a coup. There's even a term for such desperate last-ditch measures: "gambling for resurrection."

Only if we finally and totally abandon the Constitution and fully become the administrative state the Progressives believe in.

I don't recall, on this forum, them being dismissed as irrational hysterics. Maybe, but I recall that it was wondered here why Trump was being asked if he would accept an election (I suppose that would include a fraudulent one) and Biden was not asked the same. Especially after Hillary and the Dems never accepted that Trump truly won, and Hillary warned Biden not to concede, and the Dems only concerted effort for four years was to depose Trump.

“More and more, this White House is resembling a kind of Führerbunker, or Qaddafi’s palace,” says historian @ruthbenghiat.

Really? So we're being attacked by American and Russian troops and our President is hiding in a bunker (a la Biden's campaign) with Melania with whom he has made a pact to commit suicide? The NAZI comparison just won't quit. If you have a legitimate and persuasive argument, the overused false NAZI stuff is not necessary. It's a sign of stretching your argument outside of its inherent weakness.

Again, inherent weakness in argument can be masked over with hyperbolic analysis and comparison. "Most extreme people"? This is dizzying caricature. Extreme in what way? Depends on who is defining it--those that were "purged" could be the most "extreme." All administrations have "purged" many of their members. And all have their own supposedly good reasons.

For the nth time, these dooms day scenarios, coups and such, are not possible if the law, especially the Constitution, is followed. So far, nothing that Trump has done re questioning the election and wanting to investigate large anomalies and reports of suspicious and illegal behaviors given under oath has been illegal. Nothing he or his supporters have done has been unconstitutional. Nor has he even refused to leave office. He is still legally in office, and time for him to leave has not arrived.

Asleep in your nightmare bubble? Wake up. And examine who and what is actually threatening the Constitution.

"States responsibility not federal governments it’s that easy "

But what happens when the state fails in that responsibility, as in th ecase of teh Arkansas redneck governor? Why are you OK with Eisenhower sending in troops to keep the peace, but not Trump? Federal law specifically allows the feds to send in troops in certain situations, it's been done multiple times. So you're demonstrably wrong. It's primarily the state's responsibility, but when the state cannot or will not live up to that responsibility, it's the federal government's responsibility.

"the right doesn’t care about those business"

First, you are a lousy, lousy mindreader. I care about those business owners. Second, It seems like YOU are the one who doesn't care, because I asked you three times what those people are supposed to do when the state can't keep peace, and you havent answered. As so often happens, you are unable to respond to such a simple and obvious question, because even you know there is no sane answer that supports your agenda.

"As for business destroyed how about Covid"

State governments destroyed small businesses in response to covid, not politically motivated rioters. Talk about a false equivalence!

"what do Republicans pass 3 martinis 100% right off for corporate American"

Sorry, I can't find my gibberish --> English dictionary, I don't know what that means. I do know that our economy is in a v-shaped recovery, we're WAAAYY better off than most people thought we'd be at this point.

For the 4th time...what should small business owners do, when rioters are attacking their businesses, and the state can't (or won't) help them? It's "un American" for the military to help them? But it was OK for the military to help the Little Rock 9? So you're saying black students have more of a right to go to school, than business owners have of not watching their business get destroyed? Is that what you're saying? Business owners have no right to expect that their property will be protected?

You really do think that Tweety has any idea what the Constitution says, has read it or listens to his attorneys advice?

Foreign Agent General Flynn has the president's ear on post-election strategy. So it matters when Flynn goes on TV, describes possible federal seizure of voting machines, sending military into swing states to 're-run' election, and defends martial law. None of which is constitutional, is illegal and there's a tape.

Jonathan Swan referring to Guiliani's claim that Powell is not on the team says "Giuliani can say all of this but I’ve spent the past four days on the phone to Trump aides and the consensus is that the president is listening to Sidney Powell more than just about anyone who is on his payroll, certainly more than his own White House Counsel."

Don't tell Sidney Powell about this one--it'll be our secret, okay?

Those fights that she and Rudy and recently pardoned foreign agent Mike Flynn keep having with the White House Counsel?

White House Counsels don't have privilege.

And just wait a few months, Sidney Powell's defense of Tweety at his District Court Trial for violations of the Klu Klux Klan Act is gonna be lit.

I don't know if he has read it. You're question implies that you think he hasn't. I think that he listens to his attorneys. That he might sometime disagree with them, or that some of his attorneys may disagree with each other. You're question implies that he never does and that his attorneys are always right.

Foreign Agent General Flynn has the president's ear on post-election strategy.

It is possible that he had acted as a foreign agent in the past, which is not illegal. He was accused of not registering as one, for which his lawyer claimed Flynn considered his client to be a foreign corporation— Inovo, run by pro-Erdogan Turkish consultant Alptekin — rather than a foreign government, and thus Flynn didn’t need to register. But being a foreign agent is not in itself a bad thing nor illegal. And a lot of folks have The President's ear. You seem to clairvoyantly pick and choose whom he listens to or . . . doesn't.

So it matters when Flynn goes on TV, describes possible federal seizure of voting machines, sending military into swing states to 're-run' election, and defends martial law. None of which is constitutional, is illegal and there's a tape.

First, the insurrection act as not been declared by the Supreme Court to be unconstitutional. Second, it matters only if Trump invoked it in this case--which he hasn't.

Should be a hoot. Appeals eventually to the Supreme. If it happens. Probably Powell will not be the attorney. She will have been sued by the voting machine companies and have her own problems, and probably will eventually be disbarred as well as broke.

I think that saying Trump broke the KKK act is ridiculous, politically driven and piling on more of the chit that has been happening for the last for years. Worse for the Republic than assuring that an election was constitutionally legitimate. The kind of stuff that soothes your nightmare.

Since it currently is lodged as a complaint in Federal Court we will find out what evidence and case they mount.
Some very qualified attorneys willing to put their names on the case, top names seem to not be interested in repping Tweety
