So one month ago yesterday I took possession of a 2300sf colonial in my home town Holden, MA.

In a month I have peeled the wall paper off of every single wall in the house literally. Repaired the walls. Sanded and stained every mop board and piece of trim on the second floor(I will re finish the balance by the end of this weekend coming up. I hired painters and rug guys obviously. Rugs are not something I would do.

Next up is 800SF of floating laminate floor. Wanted to do solid but would have had to replace sub floor. Then all outlets and switches will be changed and overhead lighting added in the upstairs bedrooms.

I am smoked but soon it will e done and I can start repairing my apartment. Can't wait to move in
