Kennedy Fisher question

I picked up an 11 foot surf rod, owner did not know if it was a Lami or Kennedy Fisher. Subsequent to 4 rotator surgeries I can't handle this heavy action and fairly heavy-weight rod but wanted to know how to ID a kennedy Fisher, it has a slight greenish tinge to the grey graphite... Thanks

if it has a translucent green tint to it, it could be an old lamiglas perigee blank. they made them back in the last 90's or early 2000's. or, someone made a special order from lamiglas for that color of a GSB-series blank. all the jk fisher blanks/rods i've seen are trans graphite colored. so, my guess, lami perigee blank/rod or a custom rod someone tinted when they epoxied. i'd have to go search my old hard copies of catalogs to see if they made an 11' blank though. i know they made a 10'.

The Perigees that I built on had a gold "sparkle" in the finish and were more green than just tinted. I bought some Perigee seconds from #^&#^&#^&#^& French that were green but did not have the glitter in the finish. I'm still fishing one of them now.

Fisher did not have the capability to make a 11' 1pc blank. I would say it's a Lamiglas.
