Probably got a good 5 inches. I fished in it at the canal yesterday till 2 pm. I have never fished in rain that hard and that lasted so long in my life. I need new rain gear that's for sure.

Ha yup. Didn't really matter what kind of rain gear you were wearing when it comes down like that everything gets soaked no matter what... got pretty intense with the lightning at times too. we didnt get it too bad down the cape until the middle of the afternoon

ProfessorM 07-06-2014 07:04 PM

Now I am fighting a friggin cold.

2" in Mansfield. The cold front stalled just around Rte 24 most of the easterly portions of SE MA received high totals particularly down towards rte 6, you could see the banding of rain along the souther coast and cape

ProfessorM 07-06-2014 07:34 PM

I could see it hitting me in the face for several hours
