Tree House

Anybody been there, done that? Came up in light beer conversation in line at Trillium the other day, and I am now very curious indeed.

Want to but the hours are tough for me to get there.

Whatever you do make sure you stop at BT's smokehouse in Sturbridge after you grab a few cans at treehouse

Monson is not the most convenient place for most folks, but I drive pretty close on my way between Boston and CT. Maybe give it a whirl next week on my way back home. Hours are not too bad for that.

Same reason I haven't made the trip. Hours are tough. Someday though I will make it there

It is certainly worth the trip

Any of their brews more preferred than others? Looks like a limited selection day to day from what little I have seen so far. May have to time my trip.

I went summer a year ago. Had 4. Don't remember all 4 but one was green and one was that's what she said. The beers were good, but I didn't leave thinking this is the best beer ever. I have a friend who frequently drives hours and stands in line hours for beer who thinks it is easily at Hill farmstead and alchemist quality. My take is they are all different, but good in their own ways. Certainly worth a visit if you can't find a tap near by.

Got it, thanks. Looks like they got wiped out this weekend. Have to wait and see what is up for the coming weekend. If all goes well I will swing on by this Thursday for some.

Looks to be Green and Julius this week, hope to be there on Thursday.

Green, Julius and a surprise, King Julius. Cool place. Got there right at 5 and was parked across the street since the lot at the brewery was already full. Quite the scene in the middle of the dark nowhere of MA. I think a King Julius with lunch may be in order...or maybe brunch...

Got busy around the house and made it all the way to 4, King J is very very good.

Actually, they are all very, very good. May have a slight preference for Julius so far. I have to say, if you can get there you should do it. Dress warm, you will likely be outside in line for a bit.
