Upcoming shows

I am going to enter the tuna game a little more this year and I have been looking to get a head start by going to some shows. I see canyon runner is coming to mohegan, also castafari is putting on a 2 day show with Eric Stewart. Any recommendations or warnings are appreciated.

A few of us are going to the Big Game Bash. Any time I've gone into Eric's shop, he's always been a wealth of information and effective at explaining things.

The Canyon runner seminar is well worth the price. Good advice and they also give you hands-on experience in the breakout sessions.

Skip the big game bash. Not worth it at all. Damon maytbe but ..........
Canyon Runner by far the best. Chris call me if you want to go to the Canyon Runner.

Why not? I've heard this by a few people, but never a reason as to why.

Come on,.....don't you want to join the bite club? :grins:

OK, so canyon runner is first priority.I'm looking forward to seeing the jigging and popping presentation kil song will be giving. I've only been tuna fishing a few times but I really enjoyed hooking up on a ronz and would love to see charlie smash the topwater. The idea of free beer has always appealed to me also.Never been to a casino so I guess a pow wow at mohegan fits the bill.

I may squeeze the other show into my tight schedule also. It's close by and I know I have a lot to learn.

Matt, I will be starting an all out assault on tuna tackle soon and may need my hand held a little. I refuse to go into battle short-handed.I'll need advice from leader to gaff.

Chris give me a shout about the CR show. Kilsong is awesome great info great techniques.

This show blows all the other shows away in terms of knowledge and info given.

You going back again this year?

Kilsongs breakout is one of the best, close second to the guy given away the free beer.

Ill be there. Staying with the boys from the Canyon Runner down there.

I'd hit the canyon runner out of those mentioned - that line-up is pretty impressive.

The other one that would be good for Stellwagon guys is Greg Sear's show in Situate.

B-Mann 02-16-2010 09:10 PM

what are the dates and locations of these shows?

Stewart (Hook Up) and Sacco (Castafari) are top tuna fishermen. Their "Bash" is in Quincy at the Marriott and the dates are Feb. 26th & 27th. The tickets were supposed to go to $175 but I "think" they're still available at $150.

I'll be there.
