old plugs

Mike,

I fished these from middle of Sept through Oct.
I have a couple more that are just as bad.

I originally had all three of plugs with 4/0 VMC's dressed until one night after releasing two 30" fish on the jr. had a hook-up that pealed drag for about 5 seconds then off! After thinking that I set the hook, I looked at my hook to see it opened (my avatar). Next day I put 5/0's on every plug that I had put together.

thanks for these!!

I HAD a pencil from Mike that I fished most of the spring last year. I took alot of fish on. It was beat to h*ll and wanted to bring it back to Mike but a big fish told me no-no and went off into the sunset with it. I really wish I had that plug because it was going on the wall of fame.

Top 2 are mine and they come with VMC 5/0 The Jr is a smaller plug and does come with a 4/0 but the one you are showing is not one of my plugs. The eyes are wrong and the nose of the plug is to round. I also do not put mascara around the eyes.

Not one of my hooks. I will give it it is a VMC but it is 2 tone again not one of mine. I use only all white Bucktail on a white plug

I glad you got a bunch of fish :)
