Just took a look at your online store and I must say...

Wow. It's quite phenomenal. The integration of the forums with stock is impressive, along with the live in-stock estimates.

On the same caliber as and Amazon.com - Very Impressive. And from what I hear, the service matches the beauty. Look forward to placing my order.

Chris Chobot our marketing/web development guy is responsible for a lot of what you see on the website in regards to integration of the forums and changes to the website to make it more user friendly and intuitive. Most of the product images are done in house by Captain Corey Pietraszek. Real-time inventory is my baby although Chris did a lot of the work to make it work.

We've made a big push in the past couple of years to rebuild everything we do to be faster, more accurate, and just better overall.

Web orders now ship same day up until about 5pm and order accuracy is very high thanks to the real-time inventory sync the website has with the retail store and warehouse. Because there's so few issues with orders we're able to react almost instantly in the event there is a problem There's things that are still not as good as we'd like them but we're worlds apart from a few years ago.
