Get your facts straight......

Oprah's representatives moved quickly to quash rumors that the talk show queen is conducting an interview with O.J. Simpson in which he confesses to murder.

The rumor raced around the Internet after the Daily Mail picked up a National Enquirer report that Simpson will admit to killing his late wife Nicole in a jailhouse interview.

But representatives for Harpo, Oprah's company, flatly told the Hollywood Reporter, "that's not true."

However, it's no secret that Oprah has been pining to do exactly this kind of interview. During an appearance at a cable convention earlier this month, she said that her dream is to have Simpson confess to her.

"And I am going to make that happen people," she said. "I don't just want the interview. I want the interview on the condition that you are ready, Mr. Simpson."

Great book on that whole case by Mark Furman called " Murder In Brentwood" where he goes over the whole case. He goes over all the evidence that wasn't presented, the transcripts of the OJ police interview and all the behind the scenes bickering and BS that went on in the prosecution. As guilty as I know OJ is this book makes you realize what a farce that case was. Once you see the amount of evidence and read OJ's rag-tag nonsense answers, you start asking yourself, if this was just a bag job from the start. His other book," Murder in Greenwhich", where he chronicles the Martha Moxley murder case, was well worth reading as well.

Furman is pretty creative with book titles???:rotf2:

Furman is dead-on. The prosecution in that case was terrible. Marcia Clark was never supposed to be the lead prosecutor. The guy who was assigned the case in the beginning had a heart attack, and Clark was supposed to be only temporarily in charge, but when the guy was well enough to go back to work, she refused to step aside, and Gil Garcetti, the head DA out there , backed her. Clark was an arrogant bitch. She totally alienated the women on the jury, most of whom were black. She refused to call a key witness, one who saw the white Bronco speeding away from the murder scene, because the woman gave a TV interview. And the other ADA of note, Chris Darden, was an incompetent fool who let F. Lee Bailey bait him into pulling that idiotic "try on the glove" stunt. It was a totally no-win stunt. I guarantee you that if the glove did fit OJ, every lawyer on the defense team would have put that glove on too, to show that it fit them as well.
