The Constitution of the United States was signed 235 years ago today.

Worth reading or re-reading. But in light of the current fad on the Right of politicians invoking Christianity, and for that matter God, I particularly recommend Article VI: “No religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”
