Does this surprise you? My thought is a big reason he's not spending much campaign money is so he can pay himself back for the millions he's loaned his own campaign when he loses.

So, I don't know, how common is it for the SS to rent the house next door ? I am not excusing but that is different, unless video was renting it for 800 and then decided to charge the SS 2200.
