Ebola As A Weapon

what do we do when the #^&#^&#^&#^&heads grab someone with ebola, infect suicide terrorists and send them to all points?.........kill all terrorists now asap- they will not go away, they must be sent away in boxes.

Redsoxticket 10-03-2014 02:31 PM

The outcome would spread the virus thru out the world including all the terrorist that staged the act.

what do they care...they all want to meet the 72 virgins awaiting them.

I don't think this would be all that easy.

From what I gather you can't weaponize it very easily (isn't there a Tom Clancy novel about this?) and there's only so much an infected person could do. Until they started showing symptoms they wouldn't spread it and once they started showing symptoms they wouldn't likely have they physical ability to do much. From what I've read when it kicks in it hits you hard.

Although it wouldn't surprise me if ISIS brags about having ebola suicide weapons just because they know many will freak out about it.

not hard at all imo, non infected assistants placing them in close proximity to populace when symptoms arise. movies, malls, sporting events...

I think it's a lot harder than you might imagine.

Forget all the logistics that would have to fly under the radar of multiple countries trying to spot terror activity. Not to mention the likely stepped up prevention actions now that a confirmed case has moved long distance.

You'd still have a short window where someone who's incredibly sick would have to try and make physical contact with people in an open manner. I don't think they could just rub snot on hand rails and have a big impact.

It's something the DoD/CDC should contemplate, but I'm not worried about it.

As a weapon of terror it is perfect . It won't take much to create panic .

a couple of things

one, is that the newest Ebola remedy and subsequent cure
and actual Doctor test subjects have been instrumental in
establishing a real cure because your able to reveal cause and effect.

two, is that even Cancer the incurable has been recently discovered to
utilize bacteria to act as a relay switch to control further cell division
or cell implosion (mortality) thus there's light at the end of the tunnel.

Three, We have to be careful (tread lightly)about literally WAKING a sleeping giant
that being the Volcanic network worldwide by bomming the crap
out of everything.
We cannot risk creating a black dawn no sunlight gets thru scenario that plunges us into a nuclear winter even if
those types of weapons were not used.... we need smarter bullets instead....robots... drones with superior AI and more new tech toys.

For groups that want and have stated goals to use chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons - like Al Queda and ISI, you better be ready and have a working plan for it. Likely to line up all the ducks and be successful? Probably not - but remember - the bad guys DO get a vote.

with maximum force and remove the threat once and for all.
