Mark and Patricia McCloskey—took a sledgehammer to a beehive erected by some synagogue children because it extended six inches onto their property. The McCloskeys—last seen threatening black protesters with guns—then left a note threatening a lawsuit.
The synagogue says not only were the synagogue kids devastated, but synagogue elders were astonished because they would have moved the beehive immediately if their neighbors (the McCloskeys) had simply talked to them.

They are the toxic sue-happy neighbor or family member everybody hopes they never have but all have heard of. King of frivolous lawsuits, swindler of his mother’s estate; McCloskey was written out of his father’s will. Yep he sued Dad too, along with cousins..Serial lawsuit filer.

Clearly a mainstream opinion then. I'm glad John has given them a spotlight. FWIW my teenage son had more subscribers than that for his YouTube page on eating Skittles.
