Backbeach Jake 11-09-2010 08:56 PM

I'd like to try:
Naragannsett Bay
Elisabeth Islands
Barnstable
If I could get the time...Circumnavigate and fish the Cape.

Spelled Naragannsett wrong....Jenn get me another beer!!

BigFish 11-09-2010 09:08 PM

Barnstable Harbor is at the top of our list guys!:uhuh:

Tagger 11-09-2010 09:17 PM

Barnstible Harbor yes ,. I did a little recon last year but would like to do a little more for a launch in Wareham for close access to West end of the canal .. Where it's wide ..

BigFish 11-09-2010 09:19 PM

BigBo and I launched from Monument Beach last time out which takes you out to Mashnee Flats at the West End......ummmmmm.....tricky if the tide is running east!!!!:biglaugh:

Yes that is a challenge, and traffic on the canal does not help.
I think the Cape side there is better than the Wareham side

Ditto to the above locations.

Let's get it going pretty early next season. There are some good early season spots in Narragansett Bay and some of the salt ponds in SoCo.

Rockport24 11-10-2010 01:55 PM

:agree: on Cutty that WILL happen.

I also wouldn't mind coming down your neck of the woods Big Fish and hitting some areas of the cape, as I've never fished the salt there (yeah I'm too set in my northshorian ways).

Oh and another big one THE VINEYARD!
