Etex over Stickers on Pinewood Derby Car?

I hope you all are well. I am not posting nearly as much as used to, but am still lurking....

My son and I are working on pinewood derby car. I have a quick question and I know someone here will be able to give me a quick answer. I am going to put a top coat of etex on it. I have seen how awesome etex can make a paint job as lousy as our job look good.

Can you etex over a sticker? My son loves spider man and wants some stickers on there, but I am worried the etex will not adhere properly and mess the whole thing up.

Thank you in advance!

put clear on it so the sticker does not curl up, a few coats and let it dry.

Safest thing to do is to do a test.
