Tried cooking pan seared stripah for the first time, good stuff!
Used Chef Paul and thinking a little spicier next time....

One of my favorites.
Lay the fillet right on top of a big pile of garlic mashed potatoes and a ring of grilled broccolini....yum !

Know what, neither can I. I think I ate so much in the past 15 years I cannot eat it anymore. Might be a mental thing because the stocks are diminishing but I just cannot eat Striped Bass anymore.

Same here with th exception of striped cakes and striper chowder.

It’s all sea bass, tog or fluke for me, only if we have a lot of company coming for a cook out do I bring one home.
