Trump is changing the kooky 9th circuit
 

Trump is re shaping the historically problematic 9th circuit, what has been a liberal activist court, not one guided by the constitution. Four more years of Trump, and anyone in that court will think they’re in Texas.

Never would have happened with McCain or Romney or Jeb. those guys would have been too concerned with upsetting democrats. This is exactly why, while i hate the way he does things, I’m thrilled Trump is the potus.

Results matter more than style. Nobody should want judges who will decide cases based on personal advocacy rather than the constitution, i have no idea how that became a conservative vs liberal topic, nor do i care.

We get enough constitutional jurists out there and we can go ahead and elect Bernie, hell we can elect AOC for all I care, because the courts will limit what they can do.
