I had a decent bowel movement a while ago. Thanks

no republican has even an outside chance of beating him in a primary. that’s why the top of the bench isn’t doing it.

Like Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden is a rich, old, white man in a political party which peddles the ignorant lie that rich old white men are responsible for all the evil in the world. (Which is why we all feel very endangered on golf courses on Nantucket but perfectly safe in the South Bronx and East L.A..)
Why should anyone in that party listen to anything they have to say? This is the reason that obviously rich white people like Robert Francis (aka "Beto") O'Routke and Elizabeth Warren pretend not to be white. That's the only chance they have within their own ranks, at least at the national level. If those hypocrites actually believed the hateful, bigoted rhetoric spewed daily by their own party, they would just get out of Kamala Harris's way and throw all their weight behind her. But of course they won't, until they have to. They are very generous indeed with other people's alleged "white privilege," but remarkably parsimonious when it comes to their own! |
Oh good!
Back when he was governor it was pointed out at many public occasions that I looked a lot like him, hair color and even the way I combed my hair. I can recall one time going to a zoning board hearing for a local bar I used to frequent to hear live bands. The club wanted to expand to the space next door so they could possibly add food service to their club. The zoning board at the time was lead by Mickey Roache, the ex-head of the police dept. and when I walked into the meeting the board immediately shut up and looked at me because they thought that Gov. Weld had just walked in. man did I get a laugh out of that. I might have to resurrect my old "look" again if he does try to run. Oh, and one of the bands that played at the club, to this day, refers to me as "The Governor", even going so far as to add it to their "tribute" on their latest CD at that time.... |
