Fish Cakes

My first attempt at using tog for fish cakes wasn't a big success, although very tasty, it was too mushy and didn't crisp up like I'd hoped. I see various recipes online, some using potatoes and some bread crumbs, so I sort of mixed the two. For me with the mixed results today, while tasty, it seemed to be far too much work for the results. I think I might just stick with the tried and true.

My wife makes something based on Spence's recipe. She adds some mashed potato as well. Turns out quite good.
