Brux Collaboration

Just got a couple of bottles. Excited to try it. Here part of a press release.
"BRUX is a “domesticated wild ale”, or an ale fermented with Belgian yeast, finished by a secondary bottle fermentation with Brettanomyces bruxellensis. It’s a little more than 8% alcohol, very dry, earthy, spicy, and tasty. But wait, there’s more! About 99% of BRUX was bottled in 750 ml bottles, so there will be almost none available on draft."
Anyone else get some?

Did Russian river make it? If so, brace yourself. Spour is an understatement.

Just opened the first bottle. Not that sour, Nebe. Their description of "dry" is right on the money. I've had way more sour beers than this one.

I made a mistake. Maybe it was "suplication" bybrussian river. What ever I had went down the drain.

Russian River has too many beers with similar names. Supplication, Sanctification, Salvation. I got a couple of bottle of Southampton Raspberry Lambic in January. Right after bottling, it was still very fruity, with just a little tartness. By the time I opened the second bottle, it had become a true Lambic in every sense. Very sour. I was amazed how much it changed in a few months.
